I have had a unit here for APPROXIMATELY 2 years. My rent has gone up multiple times and was just sent another email stating that its going up yet again. The app does not work most of the time! When you call, you get a third party answering service that takes a message and I have NEVER received a call back. Now the back door doesn't work and this is where my unit is.
