Specialties Climate Controlled Storage History Established in 2007. Our storage facility has had several additions and upgrades over the years. In 2008 we added a large climate controlled storage building, then in 2010 we added additional units and a new office. Now in 2018 we have two more new climate controlled storage buildings.
