My husband and I were dropping off a U-Haul trailer a lil earlier then they opened (we were to have it back by 9 they weren’t open til 930) we unhooked the trailer and set it nose towards the gate and someone from the office (didn’t get a name but middle age gentlemen) came flying out the office with an attitude saying how am I suppose to hook this up and move it?
