StoragePro had great customer service! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about what space I would need for all my belongings. The storage unit was well keep and clean! No signs of water damage or even leaves in my unit. Very secured and clean units. When I was done with their services, it was easy to end payments! Smooth and no hassle! I will be using them again! Plus, it’s in a pretty nice proximity of Travis AFB and surrounding neighborhoods/communities!
I’ve had my storage unit here for almost a year and StoragePro has been nothing but perfect for a place to store my items always very clean and it’s spacious with great prices. Also Valerie the store manager is very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you may have so don’t be shy to ask she’s awesome. Thank you Valerie.
I had a pleasant experience at this Storage Pro in Vacaville, the prices are lower then other storage facilities, Valerie is very pleasant and nice to deal with. Her staff (melissa and others) are equally as friendly. This Facility is clean, and has easy access to the units. 1 negative I have to say is it has the same greedy owner as the Lopes road Storage Pro in Cordelia where prices are ridiculously high, the manager Alejandra is incredibly rude and you'll find it windy, dirty, with mice meandering thru the units destroyin... read more
