I had a two month period between moves during which I needed storage. I did a little research and found this to be a reasonably priced, secure facility in good proximity, so I decided to start there. The rate they quoted me there was well above the online rate I had found, so we had it out for a while about that. It turns out every room is priced, not just on its size, but also accessibility.
