I am at the storage facility in Federal Way and I came in and no lights are on so even in the daytime you need lights in the hallway and I called the office and they said well electrician came out and he looked at one building and we're hoping he'll come back out to get electricity in the next building well I want to I want to say that this is the worst storage facility I've ever used. Both Kathleen & Asia were courteous and professional. Kathleen showed me the site I was interested in and took me through all the requirements. I highly recommend this storage company if you need to store your vehicle or home goods.
