Great experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is well managed and I never had issues over 6 years. When I had to terminate the lease, Sarah was very helpful. I'll absolutely use them again if I need another storage unit.
We have been extremely happy with Storage Plus. Since 1998 we have rented at least 8 different units both for personal storage and business. I loved that the facility is fenced in, but access with a security code is quick and easy. The are a lot of options as far as sizes of units and I highly recommend them. Sarah was great, she really helped me find adequate storage. Great place with clean units at an affordable rate.
I have a 5x10 all wood structure storage unit that gets very hot in the summer sun, debris blows in to the unit via under the door. I had to clean the debris out of the storage unit before I put my stuff into the unit, and had to get a light bulb for the 1 and only light socket . And debris has blown into my storage unit again while I still have my stuff in it.
