Well they keep increasing the rent for these lousy rundown shacks. You can get a better deal anywhere else...and have a safe and clean place to store your things. They just dont care here...well they care to take your your money.
They charge premium prices for poorly built units that feel like the first big windstorm will peel the roof off. Their units are not weatherproof, they always leak so you have to cover whats inside your unit with a tarp if anything can rust or get mold. And since they dont take care of that, of course you will have issues with spiders and cloth, and dirt blown in and getting into everything in your unit. I have been renting here for 5 years and Tom does a great job, he and his co worker are very helpful! I would tell anybody who is looking for a place to store things this is a good spot! When my daughter had her own unit and lost her job and Tom worked with her until he had to put it up forsale, he asked the buyers to just leave what they didn't wanted and he would take care of the stuff. He got a hold of me and I was able to get all of her pictures and important paperwork. Great Guy to work with!!!!!
I only chose 1 star because I was forced to in order to proceed with this review. Some items in our unit were accidentally tossed (by family mebers) I called the next day, explained the situation & they refused to let me come & retrieve them from the dumpster!! It hadnt even been 24 hours. My brother is disabled & they were his Christmas decorations that my dad unknowingly tossed when they closed out the unit.
