Professional and well run.
Introduction was great but I didn’t get a copy of any of the paperwork I had to sign. The manager of this establishment was very rude and short with me as well. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my enemies.

I visited Storage One to transfer the unit over to myself and Sue was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Someone came in during our meeting and Sue said shed be with them as soon as possible. She didn't stop talking to me to address all of their questions which was very respectful. She also cane to my rescue as I couldn’t work out how to open the garage door. Very efficient and friendly!
