This place raises the rent every couple of months. This is what the latest 30 day notice says. "Due to the substantial rising costs incurred in the daily operation of our business, it is necessary at this time to slightly increase your standard monthly rent". Your rent will increase from $190.00 per month to $199.00 per month. It was $80.00 when I moved in a year and a half ago. That was the special for the first 3 months.
