I’ve been a customer of StorageMax for over five years and have always had a great experience. Most recently, they allowed me to use their moving truck, which they provide free of charge to customers. That was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. Easy access, easy to get around, smooth concrete and our storage unit was cleaned and ready for use. They have cameras and need code to access the area which makes me feel safe and my belongings.
This is my second time leasing a unit from this property. The staff is always friendly whether in person or on the telephone. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to store items long term or short term. Excellent choice in storage facility!!!
I've used StorageMax Lakeland in Flowood for over a decade now. The current manager is Barbara ; she is personable and interested in my needs. At one point I has six units and asked if I was the top client...no, someone had seven. I've been lucky over the years having to move my mother belongings on short notice and other unplanned events, but they have always worked hard to accommodate me. Barbara is particularly dependable.
