When needing to move out it took days to receive my move out receipt and customer service is absolutely appalling. To be denied a supervisor is outrageous and unacceptable. It is also unacceptable to be messaged multiple times by a property manager on their personal cell phone for my unit key and expecting me to drop everything for her is outrageous!!!! I will never rent from storage max in Clinton ever again.
