George at Storage Max- Byram is welcoming, super-friendly, and very professional. My initial encounter at Storage Max- Byram was more than impressive!
Charles Harris walked me through my rental process. He stayed on the phone until my rental was signed and completed; Charles was welcoming and impressive. I am glad I decided to go with Storage Max of Byram.
If it wasn't for George H. I would have a few complaints mainly pertaining to the online reservation and amenities detailed on the website. George however, sympathized and reacted with stellar customer service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I received the best experience.
