It’s always been an easy, pleasant experience working with the team getting a unit and closing a unit out. The units are clean and easy to access. I’ll continue to use them for all of my storage needs.

Ms. Jeannie is the BEST!!!! She has the best customer service. She was able to answer all my questions. Her smile is contagious. Would highly recommend this storage place to everyone. Please if you have a need for a storage unit, please go see her. They have all different sizes at affordable rates. Highly recommend this place!!
This experience was awesome! We live 7hrs away and I purchased this storage for my daughter in college. We never had any issues! Communication was top tier and the staff was so helpful and professional! Thanks for the last four years!!!!
Their customer service is terrible. They put a lock on my storage unit without telling me anything. When it was my time for moving day they never came to unlock the storage and when my mom called they hung up in her face.
