This facility is conveniently located between the areas of Downtown Raleigh, Millbrook, Knightdale, and Northeast Raleigh. Unit sizes range from 5’x5’ smaller units up to 20’x10’ larger units. The annual rate increases are steep here. Do not join for long term as you’ll be squeezed hard every year. Example: Summer 2022 to Summer 2023 was a 22.5% increase. Summer 2023 to Summer 2024 was a 17.5% increase. This was well after my “introductory rate” some years ago. Call around and you’ll find options to lock in better rates for longer time span but this STORAGEMAX will not negotiate with you. The facility was nice and access was easy. Had a very good experience at storage max. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would recommend them and I will use again.
