I parked 3 trucks at facility and the rent constantly goes up and it’s getting entirely to congested and they enforce all the wrong things with the over crowded trucks it’s going to cause a major blow up between drivers getting in and out this is one of the main reasons I’m vacating rent is entirely to high I only rented the spots cause it was close to my home
I’ve been renting storage since 2013, I’ve been in three different businesses. They all have the same issues of having to make money. I use the storage to have my tools and some other things that I have no space in my apartment, it is not for a business so I don’t make money out of having an storage, having said that. The annual rate increases are steep here. Do not join for long term as you’ll be squeezed hard every year. Example: Summer 2022 to Summer 2023 was a 22.5% increase. Summer 2023 to Summer 2024 was a 17.5% increase. This was well after my “introductory rate” some years ago. Call around and you’ll find options to lock in better rates for longer time span but this STORAGEMAX will not negotiate with you. The facility was nice and access was easy.
