Jake’s been great!
Jake has EXCELLENT costumer service, information was straight fwd, no gimmicks. He is super friendly and there was no BS whatsoever.
They had an offer going on for storage and we got it. We didn't realize that the offer was temporary until the price changed on us about 3 months into the contract. Otherwise, good place to store.
Awesome service! I’ve been using StorageMart since moving up from Texas to Minnesota, and they’ve always been great. Recently, Jake F. helped me get settled in and made everything super easy. Big thanks to Jake and Amy for being so friendly and helpful! Almost 5 stars if the restroom were open 24/7. I often stop by after work when the office is closed and end up searching for one.....outside nearby! Also they always have promotional discounts for new customers. Check them out and you'll see what I mean.
