My initial assigned storage room was full of grease and feathers. They expected me to move into that. I changed units and got billed full price instead of the discount I was supposed to receive. It took 2-3 calls to get the bill corrected so that I could pay. Upon moving out just two days into the new month, I am billed full price also. Very customer unfriendly policy. My past storage places have always prorated. Find a better place that takes care of its customers.

I found myself in a bad situation. Called West Hopkins StorageMart. Jake was awesome, he had solutions and was able to save the day. StorageMart!
They get you with cheap rent but beware you are required to pay for a “protection Plan”. Mine is an additional 31/month. Also, rent bring raised $10 after 3 months
