I have used storage facilities throught my life and experienced the decline of customer service. The online processes to secure an available unit and access it after couldn't be be more simple. Due to this as well as all areas clean, and well lit I had minimal contact with the onsite office. This place was always open and clean. Lauren, the associate, even helped me unload a freezer off of my truck. No bugs and the dumpster was always empty. Thanks for everything
