Renting a unit online was super easy, and Bonnie was essential in helping find my unit when I arrived. She walked me there and back (because that place is a maze if your unit is all the way in the back like mine) and showed me how to get in the building, how to use the garage bays, etc. The monthly rental price is affordable, as well. My only complaints are that there are only two bays for 700ish units (I hope I am always able to go at non-peak hours), and that I walk by dozens of unrented units to get to mine. Clean and great service
I want to thank the staff Todd and Bonnie or Becky...(I am so sorry forgetting your name hun)... so much for all of your help! I have been such a complicated customer with figuring out what I need. Their patience with me was so wonderful! They are kind, informative, accommodating. I am so pleased with this location. It is clean, they have carts, a pull in garage. I would not be happier anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for all you do!
