I would like to give a big shout out to America at Storage Mart on N. Halsted. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, informative and best of all pleasant to deal with. She answered all my questions and anticipated a few that I did not. My daughter is moving to Chicago and we needed a storage space. I had mistakenly ordered it a week from when I actually needed it and America made it no problem.
Great attentive and thorough staff and support! America is the best - she made it easy to upgrade our unit. A pleasure to work with!
