Haven't moved in yet, but John C. was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions about navigating the facility and what to expect. Definitely made me feel more prepared for the move.
Cory was super helpful in acquainting us with the facility. There was an issue with the unit we had originally been assigned online and they were quick to offer us a different unit right away.
