Had a great experience at StorageMart thanks to Renee and Nickie. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find — highly recommend this location!

Hands down the most pleasant and welcoming experience I’ve ever had in a retail business. Renee was not only delightful to help by , but she was very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely made me feel that I was appreciated and respected as a consumer. I can think of a number of businesses that would benefit from her approach to customer service. She is definitely management material.
