The agent that I spoke to was very calm, patient, articulate, organized in thought, and just overall helpful. I wish the price was lower but it may still be better than other storage businesses.
I usually don’t leave negative comments but the “manager” at this location is useless. Her customer service and comprehension skills are very poor . After seeing most of the low ratings mentioning her specifically I don’t understand why the company continues to allow her to lower their professionalism. I already made a complaint on her but I just want to warn anyone to not expect this “manager” to resolve any of your issues.
