StorageMart staff worked hard to find just the right unit. Climate-controlled, *CLEAN*, and neat. Getting in and out is a breeze. Carts provided at entries to help with moving items/boxes/etc. Smooth rental process. Everything works the way I was told it would. No hassle. Add another thing to the list of things I don't have to worry about.
this is a great place to rent a storage. jessica is always friendly and cleaning.
Had no issues communicating with staff until I moved out half way through the month. Could not get a response about a refund for half of the month after I'd paid for a full month. I moved out and was ghosted.
Thanks to Ray and Jessica for the help renting my unit. Great customer service, clean facility.
