Stopped in as a walk in and was Immediately impressed with Ray (Store Manager ), and his hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend renting here. Nice, clean, climate controlled and very customer oriented. Five Stars!!
My husband and I just purchased a unit here today and Ray was super helpful and informative! He helped us quickly pick the unit size based on how much stuff we have and gave us a map and everything we need to access it quickly! 10/10 experience.
My husband and I were looking to get a storage unit and I’m so very glad I drove past Storage Mart! Another storage facility I had just dropped by didn’t offer to show me a unit and barely answered my questions. I had the exact opposite experience with Ray at Storage Mart! He answered all my questions and answered questions I didn’t even know I had yet! Ray has been fantastic. High quality customer service, friendly, was good to my wife when she came in alone to start looking. We were considering three different locations/companies and this was the one for us!
