Best deal in town for a 5x10 unit with the best access hours, and if you book thru the call center you get a free lock (they have special cylindrical locks so you'd usually have to buy one at the office for $18 if you book online or on-site) and they're currently running a good promo/discounted pricing on the 5x10 units for first 4 months.. Horrible customer service, if I could 0 stars I would. I couldn't even get a word in when speaking with the woman on the phone. She was completely rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend this place to anybody ever under no circumstances whatsoever Don't do it

8 months from this original review I need to lower my rating from 2 to 1 since my original rent amount went approx 250% from $50 to $120 without signing any new paperwork but through auto pay. And more importantly the reason I went with this storage is the hours being till 10pm but changed by maganent as a sort of punishment or something that I need to check in befor 6pm (which is often impossible with the traffic around that area at that time everday.
