If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. It has been nothing but issues the entire time I've leased with them. First off, it was not having anyone in the office during normal office hours, second it was having no instructions on how to get into the unit for the first time resulting in going clear across town to pick up the wrong set of keys and forcing further delays, third it was giving the wrong code to get into the gate of the facility and an hour long phone call with customer service, and fourth was the rate going ... read more
Excellent facility, excellent customer service. No disappointments It will meet your expectations Friendly staff. The gal that works this location is outstanding.
