Two price raises in 3 months. The manager is incredibly rude and was not willing to help out. Public storage is much better. I moved in under the first month for a $1. They never gave me that rate.
Just be aware that the rate on your lease is really just an introductory rate, not the “preferred customer“ rate defined in your lease. Expect a rate increase after 60-90 days due to no fault of yours, just their shady business model. I got hit for an extra 40% that they said was due to market conditions, and after checking BBB reviews I found it to be standard practice. I really enjoyed this facility. I had called to receive information about this location as my family is looking to relocate to Kansas. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff. He was very patient and listened to my needs, as well as very informative and helpful on what might be best suited for this move. I was very pleased and thankful with all his help and guidance that we were able to book a unit!
