Frederick the property manager is the kindest man and so helpful. The best!
Fred is a total professional! He was incredibly helpful throughout my entire rental, but he really shined when it came time to close out my unit. He made the move-out process completely stress-free and handled the final paperwork with impressive speed. If you want a manager who supports you from start to finish, Fred is your guy!
The people that work there are amazing and very willing to help you. However the Company seems to arbitrarily be raising prices for units. They don’t seem to want you to store there long term. And actively raise price to make storing un-reasonable. I’m very happy the workers that make this place desirable. Need to change strategies on keeping royal customers, currently trying to cycle out older units to get newer units renters
Excellent service very clean facility. Fred is always willing to help and hook us up.
