Management does a great job working with customers to ensure satisfaction. They stress keeping the facility clean and organized and are great help if needed.
Meh, it's a storage place. I use it because of its convenient location, but their fees are ridiculous and often a moving target. I've already been hit with a couple of surprise increases over the last few months.
The storage Mart on 91st street is very clean and the manager, Fredrick, was very friendly and helpful.
Jade was friendly and helpful, quickly renting my unit. I had to add another unit a few days later (7/5) and another woman, whose name I forgot to get again, was all the same too. I’m helping my sister get an apartment vacated on short notice, so to at least not have this process be stressful and be pleasant instead made my day. Jade rushed over when she saw I was struggling to reach the pull rope the movers had tied down to the door handle and it was 10 feet up (ugh).
