Today I needed help because my auto payment hadn't come out of my account. In the process of calling about that however I realized I didn't have use for a 5x10 unit anymore so the owner helped me find a smaller unit instead, even though it was 3 days past the 1st, and I only had to pay the smaller units cost for this month.
I rented it for five months. Safety, cleanliness and great service always. Easy to set up. Special thanks to Lisete and Beth for their attention. Great experience.
Clean, bright, easy to access and navigate facility. Great access to carts and supplies. Amazing staff. AND the most affordable price in our region.
I would have and will continue to recommend Storage Mart to my friends and family. Facility is very clean. Staff is very helpful and answered any questions I had. I appreciated the time they took with me when checking in.
