Very clean facility, but that is the only thing that the manager cares about. Terrible customer service skills for a manager. The staff otherwise are pretty great. The manager only cares about her reviews from corporate and doesn't even try to have any customer service skills. A literally direct qoute from her once when she walked all the way across the facility to me at 6pm and then told me to "come back to me tomorrow during business hours she's off the clock". I was so impressed by how helpful & efficient the staff is & the units are clean & accessible. Price is great as well.
Great customer service and very helpful staff, specially Beth, she is very kind and loving. Very clean facility and easy access to the storage unit.
Quick and efficient check in. Was easy to get a storage space setup and filled. Lady at the front desk is super nice and extremely helpful.
They were super friendly.
