Horrible experience. The instructions were very unclear and my access code was not working on my check in date. Just wasted 4 hours and 5 different calls trying to get it resolved, while it snowed on my boxes. Do yourself a favor and just get another storage service, which there are cheaper and better ones on the same neighborhood.
