Auction Buyers Beware ! Terrible and unprofessional customer service from store manager Andrew. I won an auction September 9 and went to the location to pay and pickup. I was informed the auction should have been removed because customer made arrangements to pay the day prior. Customer did not pay so legally the unit is mine. Andrew is always so helpful and is always willing to do the extra to help the customer. It is nice to come and get great customer service when I pay my bill.
Exceptional service. Gentlemen’s at the counter set me up with my sports car storage. This location steps away from home now my car safely stored for the winter.
