While my time here was only for a year It was a great experience Lisa was always super helpful and kind. The elevators and carts always worked great for us and I love how easy it was to load and unload at this facility. We had originally tried to go with U-Haul and that place was a nightmare, having transferred our stuff to this one It made me feel like our items were in a safer and cleaner environment.
Lisa is "top notch". Friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to find the right location within the facility for you. Can't beat her personal touch. Facility is clean and well taken care of. Accessibility is easy. Looking for storage in this part of the city, this place is hard to beat.
Lisa is very friendly, professional, and accommodating.
