Great customer service, easy to work with
Great service, very responsive to questions/concerns and helpful to work with throughout my leasing term!
Sean at Storage Mart was so helpful and kind. The place is always clean, with a lemon fresh scent. Handy carts available for use to take boxes down the elevator. Easy in-and-out with extra wide automatic doors.
I had the chance to see what Storage-mart offers in comparison to other storage places. It is the best so far that I have seen. Most places like Public storage or Extra storage have shown bug/ rodent issues and are hardly able to be reached for customer service. I was informed by Tianna that security and customer service are above as well as beyond typical service elsewhere. I already store at the location off 91st but was looking at other locations as well.
