My account has been inaccurate for a couple of weeks. I signed up for a unit at a specific price. They have not billed correctly. When we went to move in the access did not work. I did have another unit otherwise we would have had a one bedroom apartment sitting in the parking lot. Also the elevator closest to the unit did not work.
Wow! I can’t say enough about our experience at Storage Mart. I have to say it was Sean that made this such a positive experience that I felt the need to leave a review. I had a lot of questions since this was our first time renting a unit. He was SO patient and so kind with my million questions. He took time to show the units and help me figure out the size. Sean is an excellent manager. He is super easy to work with and friendly! The place is immaculate and service is outstanding
Process was easy and timely. Mr Sean was very courteous, nice and fun. He made the process fun and exciting. I’m happy and I feel safe to leave my belongings at storage mart. Thanks a lot Mr Sean! You’re the best!
