It’s a really nice place. They were charging me an extra 30.97 a month gor an 8,000.00 protection plan which I don’t need. I had it straightened out once and some how they’re doin again. My own insurance would take care of it.. Hopefully they’ll reimburse me. That’s yet to be determined. Since I’m writing this on a Sunday and they’re closed. Maybe the rating will go up from me if they remedy the situation and make it right.
Super grateful for how superb Tiana took care of us. She’s got grade ‘A’ customer service abilities and was very helpful and informative for what we needed to do. So glad she was there at the counter to help us. Thank you!
I was comparing information on where to store my stuff and found an assistant Tiana to be very helpful. She answered all my questions and showed me a 10 x 10 unit for my piano. She gave me helpful tips and this store was close to where I live. Even while busy helping others, I will be back after comparing prices to make a decision on which company is best suited for me.
