Sean, at the Overland Park Storage Mart, is so great to work with. I moved to a larger unit in the same complex and he let me borrow a lock until the end of the month, giving me time to transfer from one unit to the other and then I could take my own lock to the new unit. I know it's a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. Great customer service!!! Give him a raise!
