The unit was not cleaned when I arrive. I needed to be swept and there were two oil stains from a previous tenant. I went back two days later to load shelves in it, and my password did not work. There was a lady behind me, who was also a new tenant, and she had the same issue. We reached someone on the phone, and she gave us a temp password, I asked her to text it to me, as it was rather long, and I did not have anything to write on, and she said that she could not.
