Customer service was great. The gate didn't work correctly on exit and they fixed it with a cheerful attitude with a short phone call.

Place use to be decent. I came to get in my storage and it's so rusted it won't even open. I've asked several times to replace it now I'm locked out or denied access by the crap door. They' couldn't even type my email address in correctly and wasn't getting notifications or in voices even. Now thry decided let's raise all the prices. Wow go elsewhere unless you want headaches and problems
