A warning to anyone considering StorageMart: document everything. I paid StorageMart for Value Coverage. After a roof leak damaged my furniture, I reported the loss, documented the damage, and submitted a claim. The leak remained unrepaired, and I paid to move my property out of the unit to prevent further damage. StorageMart later told me my custom Bassett furniture had essentially “depreciated out of value” and that they could not justify compensation above recycling value. This was my first time using this service. Dan explained everything perfectly, and recommended me the best bang for my buck for what I needed.
Super friendly and understanding staff, if you ever need help with anything talk to the property manager Dan, he will get you right.
Wanted to say this is one of the nicer Storage Marts with adequate facilities for RV and trailer storage. I also had a good experience working directly with the facility manager, Dan, while getting checked in with my trailer space. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful.
