I have had 3 or 4 storage units at this location. The staff is very good. However, Storage Mart entices you with low introductory rates. But then they add on renters insurance. And the price increases are constant. I had 4 price increases in 14 months. The storage rental price nearly doubled in 14 months! If you need long-term storage, consider this an absolute trap where you will be too far away to deal with the unit, but the price increases will be ridiculous! Avoid Storage Mart!!
