I had a 5 star rating 11 months ago. Janice was great. She has since been the only person I have seen for the duration of being with StorageMart. Been with them for about a year and some change now and it has declined royally. I am actually outside with another renter who is experiencing the same consistent issues. Non- responsive! The lady at the front told me that their hours were 6 am to 10 pm. I was moving out of my apartment that day so every hour mattered. I got to the property at 9:20 pm with my friends' cars loaded with last minute things I forgot to pack. The gate wouldn't open. I came back the next morning at 6:30 am and the gate still wouldn't open until 8 am. She gave me the wrong hours. So infuriating.
