Impossible to reach property staff even thru corporate line. Night of move in code didn’t work for gate and property staff never responded. Had to park uhaul and pay for another day just because your staff couldn’t give proper code or respond. Then next day we had to walk property all over to find staff to help. Was not impressed. Since it’s a short term rental I continued rental but at this point i would not recommend
