Prices increase throughout without reason. Was there for 2 months, and my billed jumped up $18/month. Edit* I appreciate the generic copy/paste response. When I asked your front desk staff (3 people sitting there) about the price increase (now $60 for a 5×8 box on the second floor, which is laughable) I was told, "That happens." Zero help, and an idiotic explanation. I'll have all my belongings moved out soon, even if I have to give it away for free.
I initiated my reservation online, when I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Storage Marts associate Ms. Mary. I had a few questions regarding the dimensions and space. Mary answered all of my questions and showed me a few different units, which was perfect for the questions I had. Mary was very knowledgeable about the company, policies, navigating the facility (inside & out) and the units. I appreciate her smile and patience with me while. Susan and Mary are amazing! They made my rental process incredibly fast and easy, and on top of that they did it with humor and kindness. Susan even took the time to show me around the complex and ensure that I was able to find the best route for getting large items to my unit. Best storage unit experience I’ve ever had and I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a space!
