Called because my older mom was being charged 432.00 a month for a 10x10 storage unit. When I called they told me I could get a 10x10 unit for 129.00 a month. So when I asked why she was being charged so much, they told me that was “market value”. They said that after 4 months that 129.00 a month would change to market value but she was unable to tell me what that was at this time. VERY sketchy. This place is obviously NOT up front about their price for their units. Don’t be surprised if you get ripped off!!!
This location is convenient for both my home and my work. It is well lit, easy access and a professional, friendly staff. Newer facilities have opened and we did rent there due to the introductory prices but we went back to StorageMart after being dissatisfied with poor management and vagrants taking over the building.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made the signing up process a breeze. Facility is clean and well maintained.
