James was a great help in assisting with getting my storage unit. All in all, a very smooth and transparent process
I had my unit for almost 4 years, I didn't have problems getting in or out. I would sometimes feel unsafe because people who didn't have access, would linger outside. I would always be on guard. The reason I decided to cancel was because they kept raising prices multiple times.
