Are used to deal with public storage and the public storage facility that I use for years new manager took new management took over the new manager‘s attitude is rude. The service has went downhill to the point. I asked a friend for a referral and they referred me to storage Mart. I have been to pick the downtown Riverside grand location, and Ms. Sofinia Is wonderful I’ve never had a problem besides getting a little behind on my storage, but that was due to my own issues with life life, but they was patient. Horrible experience and customer service. The lady at the front told us that if we moved out (and gave a 15 day notice) before the end of the month then we would be refunded and only have to pay a prorated fee for the days of the month that we used the unit. We moved out on the 10th day of the month. The staff went back on their word and said that they don’t issue refunds. We would have changed our moving plans accordingly if we were given the correct information, so that we were not paying for a unit for 20 days that we wer... read more
