I just want to thank jeni personally for helping me. My storage qas getting auctioned 5/4/2026 and i was having trouble getting the money. Jeni was so very empathetic and provided me excellent customer service while still doing her job at the same time she gave me options so that I was able to pay to get my stuff out of storage and was not mean at all. she she gave me extra time to get the money to her knowing that my father's stuff was inside my unit.
