We needed storage for a last minute move and wasn't sure what to expect since it was our first time renting a unit, but the process (I did it entirely online) was very straightforward. Unit was clean and well maintained. Penny was very helpful and called with tips for getting the truck out beforehand which we were very appreciative of!
