Like most of these Storage places, it’s kind of shabby and some stuff is on the fritz. But this is better than the last place I had. Although finding my unit took 10 minutes because The numbering system is so convoluted. I felt like I was in downtown Tokyo trying to find my way around, where are the numbers are seemingly random. In any event they did what they said they do, they left a lock and we shall see how this goes.
Best experience I have ever had with storage. I was contacted immediately by a rep to help set up my storage, checking in was a breeze, location is great and plenty of access doors and flatbed to use. Today I went into the office regarding my account and Rick handled it right away with ease! I appreciate his professionalism and ready to help attitude from the moment I walked in. Thank you, Rick!
