Pompano location is not good to keep your stuff. Fire and Second floor are not isolated and temperature is most of the time above of 26-27 degrees. In addition this facility is old and smell really bad. The carpet smell like it had been flooded.
The young woman that helped me made it very easy for me to rent my storage unit. I really appreciated it.
Very bad, disorganized and rude staff! Some one above has to look in to that! Horrible!
Shambre was great and patient with all my questions. I was able to tour all my units of interest. I will be saving over $300 (per month) compared to my current Public Storage unit (that is smaller). I have been with PS since 2017 and didn't want to leave but Storage Mart did a fantastic job during my visit. I'm glad I gave them a chance.
