If you need long-term storage, look elsewhere. I expected standard annual rate increases, but this facility has become entirely unaffordable. In just two years, my rate has jumped 36%. If you factor in the initial 3-month introductory price, I am now paying 60% more than when I started. The final price is horrendous and completely uncompetitive. Save your money and find a facility that rewards loyalty instead of pricing you out.
Had a mix up on the location and got it figured. Manager came in on a Sunday to assist. Thx for supporting
