The facility is nice enough, but the customer service was awful. Management is condescending and lacks any sense of common courtesy. Staff follows suit - presumably to appease management. This was not a "bad day" experience. It followed through the majority of interactions that I had. Perhaps I was the problem? Considering that I was polite and extended the benefit of the doubt, and was really just a guy storing his boat, I really don't see why that would have been the case, but hey, ymmv. This is a great storage! We stored our belongings there for more than a year while living abroad. The unit was perfectly clean and all our items were in perfect condition when we came back. Janine was always very helpful and friendly. The units are easily accessible and the booking was uncomplicated. I highly recommend this storage.
