As a first-timer with the whole storage process, she explained everything to me clearly—literally down to a science. She left me without any questions. Lack of transparent pricing and unkept commitments. I signed up for a promo rate in July 2024. I understood that this rate would increase in 4 months. This rate increased for November and I was told by the location manager that this rate would be locked in for 11 months. 6 months later, my rate doubled. I spoke to a rep at the store 4 times and he agreed that the rate should not have increased again. He said he escalated the issue, but the issue still hasn't been corrected.
