They do not make it clear that insurance is mandatory, which adds about 50% to the rental cost. This is a definition of a hidden charge, I would never have rented with them if I knew. Not transparent and I would call it misleading, the insurance makes my 52 dollar unit cost 76 dollars.
I went today, I’m sure looking super lost, and this wonderful employee named Melissa helped me out. She showed me around and helped me find what I was looking for within my price range. Overall great experience thanks to Melissa.
Easy to get started and everything as advertised.
My fist day was a little tricky but everything turned out great. My code was not working so I had to call to get in but that was successful. The manager that lives on site found me and he saw the request for my code. He fixed it right away and it now works. He showed me around and made sure I could access my storage in the needs I needed to get my things inside. Im very pleased with the services and my few trips that I have taken have been great. Thank you for the great service!
