I have used Storage Mart twice in the last four years to store a family member's belongings. It is easy to access and is convenient. I do think the cost of renting it tends to increase a little too rapidly for my taste but as long as I use it for short term storage, it is okay. I think most storage places have that cost issue.

John C on the customer service line is an absolute gem of an employee for you guys, he was very helpful and informative on your services, and helped me get a really great deal on my unit, will definitely be sending any friends and family your way if they need lockers.
This was such an easy and pleasant facility to use! The staff are the best part though, they were very helpful and went way above and beyond for me! Easy online signup, I was putting my stuff inside same day. Five stars all the way!
MAJOR MOUSE INFESTATION! I have never seen anything like this in my life. I temporarily was using this storage unit to find now EVERYTHING has been infested badly and now needs to be thrown out and replaced. I have lost all my belongings. Everything absolutely REAKS of mouse feces there is literally mouse feces and urine everywhere!! They have ripped apart all my belongings.
