Front desk staff are wonderful. Users beware: should you not set out your own mouse traps and check them every few days, you will find mouse feces all over your furniture, bedding, etc. Upon entering the storage facility, the unit showed NO signs of mouse activity. However, three weeks later, everything was infested. I love that they have so many cameras everywhere and it's a good thing because it's a busy place! Fantastic customer service here as well just wish there was a garbage dumpster we could access any time as well as bathrooms anytime meaning 6am to 10pm.
Anyone looking for reliable, clean, and affordable storage. They exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future!
