Human to human fine but even the front counter staff have emense problems with AI computer. Customer payments are a nightmare!! Customer is forced to deal with AI instead of live person. AI will do everything to avoid customer talking with a human staff member. My experience with Storage Mart was a disaster having to deal with their AI system!! I would personally love to short circuit the whole system and go manually!!

Initially, I had some concerns because certain agreements weren't being honored, but I have to give credit to the team—after a quick call, they stepped up and made it right immediately. The staff here are friendly and the location itself is nice. However, the property maintenance needs serious attention. There are far too many 'slip zones,' which is a massive liability. the storage facilities are horrible. I rented one and I ended up getting mice in mine and I didn't even have food in my storage unit. they came over from another person's storage unit because they had food in theirs because there's a big gap on the top of the storage unit. so anything can just crawl right through onto your side which is gross. when I told them about it she didn't even know what to say to me on how they're going to deal with that she wrote a note in my file and not a single person has emailed me or talked to ... read more
