Do not rent from here unless it is short term. They will attract you into renting with incentive pricing, then continue to raise the rent every few months. I rented for 3 years and they recently increased my rent by 27% for the stated reasons of market availablity, cost increases, etc. It was a 5x5 unit, which they wanted me to now pay $235/month.
