All around Horrible customer service and experience you call the location you want just to be sent to a call center that doesn’t know any of the locations! Just retired from military trying to store stuff while looking for house paid for everything to get sent to wrong location. No refund or assistance getting the correct location. “Recorded calls” but won’t listen to the record where I told them the address 5 times. UPDATE: Manager Kim has been here almost a year now, and the place has never looked better, It genuinely feels safe and secure. Kim is always happy to help in any way she can. I personally recommend stopping by and talking to her if your in need of storage. A lot of times she's out on the yard working. Thats ok though cause she has a walkie talkie by the office door so you can let her know your there. She's Awesome!! The new manager Kim is awesome!!
