I rent their largest unit with a plan to keep it for a couple of years. On the second month, they raised their rent 23%. They feel that it’s perfectly acceptable to do that. Every employee there has the same response, “The other Storage companies do the same thing“ if I had read the reviews for this company more carefully, I would’ve never used them. This is an unethical business practice in my opinion.
This has been a nightmare experience with my storage faciliy. On 8 -14-2025 I went to my storage unit to get something out of my car that I have stored there. I got to the gate and the gate opened as it always had. I noticed that the the left side aisle had been caution-taped off. The right side was open. It looked like the right side was resurfaced and dry, so I proceeded to drive to my unit which was in the last row everything was good or I thought everything was good. I lost my key and needed to clean out my unit this weekend. Kim went above and beyond with helping me grind off the lock letting me use a loaner lock while I went to pick up my U-Haul. Her service and attention to detail were fantastic!
Very nice and well kept facility.
Easy and convenient! Worked perfectly for my needs!
