The staff at this location has always been very helpful. I really like that it’s a little ways out of town and feels very secure.
Went to place to see about renting there and love the manager. She was upbeat, helpful, and friendly. She was the nicest one of all the places I've checked. Think I'll rent at her facility.

All around Horrible customer service and experience you call the location you want just to be sent to a call center that doesn’t know any of the locations! Just retired from military trying to store stuff while looking for house paid for everything to get sent to wrong location. No refund or assistance getting the correct location. “Recorded calls” but won’t listen to the record where I told them the address 5 times.
