Tasha was a great customer service representative. y knowledgeable about storage sizes and great all around people person. Would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for temporary storage.
We are moving out of our house and needed a place to transition and store things. I really like the automated sign-up process. I was able to register a climate controlled unit quickly and without human interaction. Not that I'm opposed to that, it just let me do it in my own time. I should also mention this is our second unit. None of the automated documentation mentioned which building the unit would be in, so you will likely need to contact the office for that information. Was a pretty good support all through. The front desk assistant Natasha was a great help in setting things up. Even found me a better unit to move my things into. Would recommend.
Excellent pricing. Manager was very helpful. Answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. Highly recommend if you are looking for storage
