First time renting a storage unit. The lady at the front desk was awesome, she had great customer service. She showed me the different sized units and helped me find the right one!
The manager is awesome. My biggest issue are the rates. They are over-priced and what's even more ridiculous, the longer you stay, the more you pay due to all their upcharges every month. They never go down in price, only up. It feels like a mortgage payment. So much for being grandfathered/locked in to a decent rate where you feel customer appreciated.
Horrible units and service.
We are going to be moving my sister in law into a new place and will need a storage unit for her belongings. I had the pleasure to speak with Riley and I have to say she was a gem on the phone. I can guarantee that any time I need a place to store anything I will be coming here as long as she is here! Extremely pleasant and helpful!!
2nd time doing business so I’m leaving 2nd review. same post as before because the service is same as before. Top notch. This time it was Tasha. Last time I BELIEVE it was Riley. Now if only they do something about that bathroom access lol. Always friendly and helpful.
