I had a wonderful experience with StorageMart. From the booking online which was relatively easy, even though I did need to call customer service for some clarification during which they were surprisingly attentive, helpful and friendly. My actual unit was exactly as described with safe and easy access. The manager at the facility was professional, efficient and engaging. Great service by Kaylan, explained everything methodically
Shelly, the representative, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was the reason that we decided to stop looking at other storage companies and gave StorageMart our business.
Special thanks to Kaylan for great responsiveness and polite service with my parents who don’t speak English. He showed everything and helped us make changes to our locker and get better suited option. Highly recommend
