Just signed up yesterday, but I had a great experience with Tim. He helped me figure out how to get the best deal and where I needed to be for my purposes. Then I talked to The manager Melinda this morning and found her sweeping up something that had spilled out of the gutters! I figured that was probably why the place looks so clean.
