Had to rent a storage from this location for a solid two years. Price was higher than I liked but Jean Marie is the only reason I didn’t change facilities. I found a free month promo online but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t honored at this location. Yall are terrible at telling your customers where your facility is. I can’t even tell you how many customer come into my storage facility thinking it’s storage mart and we start their rental over here instead for cheaper and in a cleaner facility. Won’t mention which one for the sake of the company but do better You’re making it too easy for me and my coworkers to complete walk ins

Jean Marie was great, waiting for us until we pulled in to be sure we got to our site and the RV was secure! Great communication up until the day we arrived- feel very confident that our property will be well looked after. Great and easy location to get to.
