signed up with StorageMart customer service tollfree and Maria was great help and assistance. discussed options and promotions for me. Also at site location customer Desk staff helped with 1st visit and possession of lock/keys. Signed Rental Agreement as unable to access online. Recommend service

MOUSE INFESTATION – DO NOT USE I stored several belongings at StorageMart and, upon emptying my unit, there were mice, mouse poop, and mouse urine everywhere! All my possessions were completely ruined and will cost thousands to replace. There is absolutely no way I could adequately clean my belongings from the thousands of mouse poop and urine stains; it would pose a serious risk to the health of me and anyone else.
