Would use again if needed in the future. Very happy witge the team, the rate and the storage unit. Will tell others.
Units are clean and dry but the biggest downside is the massive rate increases. You entice new customers with low rates in the first few months but afterwards the rate increases keep coming - sometimes 2-3 rate increases in one calendar year. I won't recommend this to anyone.
Excellent service from the manager- friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. We had very expedient processing of paperwork requirements. We were assisted to our location and questions were answered very succinctly. Our storage space and the entire facility is spotlessly clean and well run. Very impressed.. would highly recommend.
Glady and Michelle have been incredibly helpful with the process of renting storage. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and made everything so easy and smooth. Their clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism.
