Signing up for a unit online was easy and allowed me to handle it outside office business hours. Any customer service questions were answered timely and accurately.
Gary goes above and beyond to accommodate and serve clients. I have had stuff there for over 10 years and after having stuff stolen by the movers then not being able to qualify and having someplace and someone I could trust with my belongings and excellent customer service has been a lifesaver. He is always busy keeping the place clean and in top condition when not responding to client calls and concerns.
Love this facility! Very clean and well maintained. Great customer service! In five years, I have never had a complaint.
Gary at Storage Mart in Overland Park has gone out of his way to ensure that our business was able to meet our unique needs with several different storage units. He was very thoughtful in picking out the correct location and storage units for our business.
Nice storage facility with friendly workers. However, Beware! Make sure you read item 14 in your lease agreement. Storage Mart can change the terms of the lease, including the monthly lease as long as they pet you know 15 days before the end of the month. Basically, you move all of your belongings to the unit, then they can amend the lease and charge you more (20% in my case).
